Hi, I'm looking for a babysitter available from mid-April through early December to care for my two boys from 5am to 9am (including drop-offs if possible—my older son goes to school, but my younger one attends daycare and will be at summer camp, so no school runs for him) and from 3pm to 7pm (picking them up, bath time, dinner and bedtime routine). My husband leaves for work at 5am and returns by 7pm at the latest, though he may finish early or start later depending on the day. He works in asphalt paving, so his schedule varies but remains fairly consistent overall. I'm returning to work myself, but since I'm starting fresh in a new position, my hours will be unpredictable. I need support to fill the gaps between my schedule and my husband's. On the rare weeks when I work nights, those will be the days I can handle the routine with the kids myself. One thing to know: my children are autistic (ASD), but as long as the routine and environment stay consistent, everything goes smoothly—they're just like any other kids in that respect.
