I offer support with daily living activities for seniors in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Sainte-Sophie, and West Terrebonne. I spent 6 years working for the Sisters of Charity of Saint-Hyacinthe I spent 8 years at Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Hospital - Personal care assistance including hygiene and dressing (safe bathrooms only—with grab bars, shower seat, and non-slip mat) - Light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, kitchen cleaning... equipment must be provided on-site) - Meal preparation (functional kitchen required; I can bring groceries for an additional fee) - Shopping assistance (must be within my service areas) - Appointment accompaniment (must be within my service areas) - Respite care for family caregivers (maximum 4 hours) I'm open to discussing additional services based on your needs.
