Hi, my name is Maxym and I've been working as a daycare educator for the past 5 years. Working with children is far more than just a job for me—it's a genuine passion. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with various age groups. With toddlers between 18 months and 2 years old, I developed a strong understanding of routine, emotional security, and helping children manage their feelings. I currently work with 4- and 5-year-olds, supporting them as they prepare for school while building their independence and social skills. Beyond my daycare experience, I've done extensive babysitting and have also worked in school settings, which has made me comfortable caring for all age groups. I completed studies in special education, allowing me to work with gentleness, structure, and effectiveness—including with children who have special needs. I'm known for my patience, adaptability, and an approach that is both warm and supportive while maintaining clear boundaries. I create a safe, engaging and fun environment where children can thrive while respecting established rules and structure. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
