Hello everyone, Let me introduce myself. Sahra, also known as Sunshine ☀️ My journey in childcare began during my teenage years, when I earned my first aid and babysitting certifications. Growing up in a rural area, I quickly started working with several families in my village, including farming families. I regularly looked after 2 to 5 children at a time, often very active boys. So I'm quite comfortable in lively, energetic environments. My upbeat personality and calm demeanor help me manage group dynamics and restore peace when needed. Over time, I've expanded my experience as a recreation centre animator, at a daycare centre, and at summer camp—which is actually where my Sunshine nickname comes from! Coming from a large family and being an aunt several times over, I've also spent plenty of time babysitting to support my siblings. I also have experience as a housekeeping staff member in hotels and private residences. Currently a full-time student, I offer babysitting services as well as help with housekeeping and general maintenance. My CPR certification has been expired for three years, but I'm well-versed in first aid techniques. I started with the Responsible Babysitter course when I was 12, and I renewed my training every three years as required by my various employers until I turned 42. If I commit to regular work with a family that requires current certifications, I'd be happy to take the training again.
